My goal is to Motivate and Inspire Leaders, Educate Developing Female Entrepreneurs and Encourage Startups. Very few people think to encourage leaders. They assume they have everything together because of the content and support they provide to others; but who supports the supporter? They are the head of any organization, and it is important to keep the leaders covered, inspired and in their right mind to lead the multitudes.
Dear Startups, it’s hard to be a successful entrepreneur starting out. It's a new world of opportunity but you have to have your road map, or you will get lost. Most people are not eager to help you out if you could potentially surpass them which can make you frustrated and want to give up by just becoming overwhelmed. I know that feeling all too well, but now that I am more knowledgeable and have more experience, I want to assist those who may be feeling stuck or discouraged by their current situation.
I like to encourage startups because I believe if God gave you an idea or vision about something it wasn't just for you to have something to talk about, it's for you to Put That Plan or Ideas into Motion. Most people struggle to take that first step even though they know they should.
Having a balanced lifestyle is important to me because it is impossible to run a successful business if your life is out of control. That is why I focus so much on Personal Development and Self Love and my spiritual connection with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because His word keeps me growing and going. I'm not concerned with what others have going on because I am focused. Once you get focused enough to not become easily distracted then your life improves. You love yourself enough to care about your health, you trust God enough to develop His plans He has for you. Your relationships become better because you are operating out of sincerity instead of being competitively inspired and driven. You know your worth and you walk in your authority.
