Self-Evaluation- The ability to examine yourself to find out how much progress you have made. It requires you to monitor your own abilities and evaluate strengths and weaknesses. Self-Evaluation allows you to be in charge of your own development.

Plan to outsource some of the workload in order to focus on more important task.
Plan to take some time off to regroup your mental capacity.
Plan to get back in touch with your spiritual roots. Prayer works. Everything is spiritual and if you are having problems in the physical then you should be honest and pray for help. Just the honest time alone with the Lord can refresh your spirit and increase your mental capacity with the help of the Lord according to 2 Corinthians 12: 9-10 “ But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10.)
