Don't Live Inferior.

As imperfect people we sometimes feel like we aren't smart or beautiful enough. We can be our own worst critics at times and comparing ourselves to others won't make it better.

Galatians 6:4-6

But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For each one shall bear his own load.

Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches.

So what does this mean? Don't compare yourself with others, just look at your own work to see if you have done anything to be proud of. You each must accept the responsibilities that are yours. We must know that God created us all equal but so very unique.

When i was in High School guys would tease me about my weight. I began to see other females with a smaller waist or slim face and it would make me feel inferior and the guys didn't make it any better by calling me "Big Bird." I would laugh it off not to seem so sensitive but it really hurt... It made me feel like I was ugly, like I wasn't pretty enough.

That seed was planted in me and slowly began to rise up. What was happening to me? I began to shy back and sink into the shadows. The light I had was dimming, not because of what was said to me but because I accepted what was said to me.

As an adult I've learned to love who you are and everything about you, embrace your weirdness and craft it into something beautiful. Remember it's not what they call you, it's what you answer to !!
